- The process uses a low-vibration machine similar to a tattoo device, except it is specifically designed for cosmetic procedures.

   - A topical anesthetic is applied to minimize discomfort during the procedure.

   - The specialist carefully implants pigment to the eye area, adjusting the intensity and color to suit the client's preference.

Day 1-2: Immediate Post-Procedure 

What to expect: Lips may appear bright and more intense in color immediately after the procedure. Theymay look swollen and feel tender but will subside by the end of the day.

 Aftercare: It's important to keep the lips clean and moisturized. Avoid touching or picking at the lips to prevent infections. Use new lip balms or ointment to avoid cross contamination.

Day 3-4: Peeling Phase

What to expect: The color may start to appear uneven as the lips begin to peel, which is a normal part of the healing process.

 Aftercare: Continue to apply any recommended ointment or thin layer of balm to keep lips hydrated. Avoid peeling off the skin manually; let it come off naturally. Avoid friction on the lips.

 Day 5-7: Flaking and Fading

-What to expect: Peeling will continue, and the color may lighten significantly, sometimes giving the impression that it has disappeared.

 Aftercare: Maintain hydration and protect lips from sun exposure. Continue gentle aftercare practices.

 Week 2: Initial Color Stabilization

What to expect: The lips may appear lighter than expected, as the new skin is still forming and the color is settling.

 Aftercare: Keep moisturizing and avoid any harsh products on the lips.

Week 3-4: Color Resurfacing

What to expect: The color typically begins to resurface and stabilize. Lips will look more natural and even in tone.

 Aftercare: Continue moisturizing and use sun protection to preserve the color.

Week 5-6: Full Healing and Color Maturation

What to expect: By this time, the true color should be more apparent, resembling the final result. Lips should feel fully healed.

 Aftercare: Routine lip balm application is generally sufficient for ongoing care.

Touch-Up Session

 A follow-up session is usually scheduled around 6-8 weeks post-procedure to make any necessary adjustments and ensure the desired color and shape are achieved.

Remember, individual healing times can vary based on factors like skin type, age, and adherence to aftercare instructions. It's crucial to follow the specific aftercare guidelines provided by the specialists to ensure optimal results.

 - Avoid touching your lips with unclean hands.

 - Do not pick or scratch at the lips, even if they start to peel.- Avoid using harsh cleansers or exfoliants on the lips.

- Do not use makeup wipes or other similar products on the lip area.  

- Avoid getting lips wet with water, saliva, or other liquids. Use a straw if necessary when drinking beverages.

- Do not apply lipstick, lip gloss, or any lip products other than the recommended ointment or balm.

- Avoid using facial skincare products that may come into contact with the lips, especially those containing active ingredients like retinoids or acids.

- Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds, as UV rays can affect the healing process and alter the color.

- If you need to be outside, use a lip balm with SPF as advised by your specialist.

- Refrain from swimming in pools, hot tubs, or natural bodies of water to prevent infection.

 - Avoid saunas and steam rooms, as excessive heat and steam can interfere with healing. - Avoid activities that cause excessive sweating, as sweat can irritate the healing lips.  

- Stay away from spicy, salty, or acidic foods that can irritate the lips.

- Limit alcohol consumption, as it can dry out the lips and affect healing.

- Avoid any additional lip procedures until your lips are fully healed and the color has settled, usually around 6-8 weeks.

By adhering to these guidelines and following the specific aftercare instructions provided by your specialts, you can help ensure that your lip blush procedure heals properly and achieves the desired result.
